General Requirements

Passports are required for all international travel and must be valid for atleast six (6) months beyond your intended return date.

All bookings must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your passport or government-issued identification.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment plans may be offered and processed automatically according to the agreed schedule. All payments to Gifts of Joy Events are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments are subject to a $75 late fee per person. Management approval is required for any late payment requests made after the final payment date. Name changes may be accommodated, subject to availability, for a $50 administrative fee.

Travel Insurance

Travel protection insurance is highly recommended. Gifts of Joy Events may offer access to third-party travel insurance providers but is not responsible for claims, coverage, or disputes with those providers.

Airline and Accommodations

- Airline seat assignments are at the discretion of the airline and may not be guaranteed.

- All airfare quotes provided are for economy class seating unless otherwise specified.

- A valid credit card may be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges.

Health and Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to comply with all health and vaccination requirements for their destination(s). Travelers are advised to consult healthcare professionals prior to travel to ensure necessary vaccines or medications are obtained. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds All reservations and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Gifts of Joy Events reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone any trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, political instability, or insufficient enrollment.

Force Majeure

Gifts of Joy Events is not liable for failure to perform obligations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, pandemics, labor strikes, or transportation delays.

Client Responsibilities

- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

- Clients must notify Gifts of Joy Events immediately of any changes to their address, email, or phone number.

- Gifts of Joy Events is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated client information.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and images on this website are the property of Gifts of Joy Events unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury.
